Carefree Covered RV Storage is set to celebrate the opening of its new facility in Surprise, Arizona, with a grand inaugural event scheduled for June 9, 2025. This new location marks the company’s seventh facility, expanding its presence across Arizona and Texas and its first in the northwestern Phoenix metropolitan area.
Located at 18415 W. Deer Valley Road, the event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is open to the public. Attendees can look forward to a day filled with activities, including raffles, complimentary lunch, and giveaways. The highlight of the event will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m., featuring special guest Mayor Kevin Sartor.
The Surprise facility boasts over 14 acres and provides more than 600 covered parking spaces, making it a significant addition to Carefree’s portfolio. The site includes state-of-the-art amenities such as 24-hour security, a branded dog park, and a customer welcome center. Customers will also have access to free charging outlets, a self-service RV wash, vacuum, water, air, sewer dump, Wi-Fi, and ice.
