Festivál is a farm-to-bar cafe that boast a seasonal menu utilizing fresh, locally available ingredients from family owned farms. A hands on concept, owners Tyler Hollinger and Andrew Maturana frequently travel to their purveyor partners to hand choose ingredients, a labor of love. These producers of critically acclaimed cocktail festival Secret Summer™ have created unique cocktail cafe that emphasizes sustainability, community nourishment and quality experience.
During the day, Festivál will service the community as a sidewalk café, serving a diverse menu of unique coffee blends from Brooklyn’s SEY Coffee, RISE Nitro Cold Brew, eclectic teas, matcha’s and coffee concoctions as well as a decadent freshly baked pastries.
At night Festivál serves up a boutique yet varied menu of sharable plates and bites prepared by partner and executive chef Andrew Maturana, complemented by culinary-driven craft cocktails from lead mixologists and bartenders Devan van Eyck and Tony Edgerton.
Designed by Jeffrey White of EAU and constructed by SD Squared, FESTIVÁL offers 1300 square feet of gorgeous interior space; including a 12-seat white marble bar, 10-seat window counter, stunning window seating, and completed with gilded touches of gold and deep, midnight blue accents that transport visitors to a European-style cafe. State-of-the-art kitchenware is featured throughout the restaurant, including a custom midnight blue & gold MAVAM espresso machine, Rise Nitro Tap, and a custom FESTIVÁL Cocktail Tap. To comply with New York City’s outdoor dining restrictions, FESTIVÁL provides 20 tables of sidewalk seating for seat 40 customers.
