Imaginuity Acquires Beacon Advertising

Using mergers and acquisitions, a number of the leading autonomous suppliers of marketing solutions in the Southwest expands even more.

As key component of that agreement, Evan Meeks, founder of Beacon Advertising, will join Imaginuity® as Executive Head of Customer Partnerships. The new company will operate under the Imaginuity name and join the ranks of the leading autonomous suppliers of advertising solutions in the Southwest.

Beacon Advertising was established in 2015 and provides brand-building services to customers in the hospitality, retail, and business-to-business industries via the use of innovative strategies in radio, television, internet, social media, print, point-of-purchase (POP), and package design. Imaginuity’s company and its assistance for over 3,300 customer locations throughout North America will be bolstered thanks to the Beacon group and its management.

Taylor Calise, CEO of Imaginuity, said that “this purchase is advantageous to our integrated solution portfolio” since it will bring in additional marketing professionals and multi-location customers. We are thrilled to have Evan join our executive group because of his considerable experience in product development and media advertising.

About $200 million in annualized charges would be reported for 2022 from the merged companies, with almost 120 people employed. The Imaginuity headquarters are in the heart of Dallas.
