Bespoke linen, custom built furnishing and Dom Pérignon touches throughout a one-bedroom Marina Mountain Suite on the fifth floor to create an intimate and prestigious setting for One&Only Cape Town guests.

A brilliantly paired Omakase menu at the hotel’s iconic Nobu restaurant has also been created exclusively for guests staying at the Dom Pérignon Suite. Nobu’s newly appointed Head Chef, Harold Hurtada, has designed a menu to perfectly illustrate the harmony between his exceptional cuisine and Dom Pérignon Blanc P2 1998, one of the most revered champagnes in the world. Experience the Dom Pérignon P2 dining experience at NOBU
World-class master chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa expanded his eponymous empire with the debut of his first restaurant in Africa when he took the decision to open Nobu at the One&Only Cape Town, his only restaurant in Africa.
A sweeping fan-like staircase leads the contemporary dining area and sushi counter, which is framed by a textured, translucent origami light that glides along the ceiling. No stranger to international culinary influences, Nobu gives classical Japanese cuisine a contemporary twist with Peruvian influences. Diners can indulge in fresh South African seafood and indigenous spices in mesmerising dishes such as Sake Roast Whitefish with Jalapeno or the Chocolate Bento Box; a dark chocolate fondant with green tea ice cream and a sesame seed tuile. The upper level Nobu Lounge features a selection of Sakes including plum wines, Japanese beer and a choice of Sake and Shochu based cocktails.
The Dom Pérignon Suite
Located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise, four One Bedroom Marina Mountain Suites (123m2/1,323ft2) offer uninhibited views of Table Mountain. The bedroom with a private balcony has a large king-size bed that is complemented by a ‘love-seat’ at the foot, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a sumptuous oversized bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanity.
Warm earthy shades of red, brown and terracotta, complemented by touches of tropical green are seen throughout the suite. Custom pieces of African art in the large lounge and dining room capture a true Capetonian energy.
Crowning this opulent experience, the iconic Italian brand Bulgari, emblematic of a timeless sense of exquisite beauty, will showcase its exclusive offering.
In order to accentuate the warmth of the suite, the bathrooms will be filled with aromatic notes coming from EAU PARFUMEE AU THE ROUGE – a luxurious Eau de Cologne Collection for men and women, inspired by South African Red Tea, Rooibos.
The guests will also receive two Bulgari fragrance gifts: Man in Black Eau de Parfum, a daringly charismatic fragrance expressing a new statement of masculinity and Goldea, an addictive Eau de Parfum, a true manifesto to timeless femininity.
