Murzashev recently sat down with Totalprestige Magazine to outline Ice Rock Mining’s bitcoin mining masterplan. It is a unique approach that has already won over many cryptocurrency holders.
Malik, can you please tell us know about Ice Rock Mining and the services you provide?
Ice Rock Mining is a commercial bitcoin mining farm which is based in Kazakhstan. We do bitcoin mining in a Soviet Union bunker. Our main goal in the mining business is that we deliver bitcoin mining to all the people who want to do it, but they don’t have any knowledge in the business. All that they need to do is to buy our tokens and have the Etherium wallet. It is a very simple idea which is good for everybody from newbies to pros.
Can you please tell us what some of the company highlights have been so far? Moreover, what are Ice Rock Mining’s goals and objectives?
Our strong point is that we have very cheap electricity which costs us three cents per kilowatt. We do not spend any money on the cooling of the ASICS as the cave holds a stable temperature within the whole year which is only 12 degrees Celsius.

Malik, instinct versus expertise: Which is more important and why?
My opinion on this question is simple, it is instinct. I think that instinct can predict you a lot of the things in your life and if you can listen to it, you will have more success compared with expertise.
What is the most challenging part of your work?
Most challenging part is to predict what will go to the moon tomorrow. I mean you should analyze how the market will go and what coin will be the most profitable and more successful. When you are in the mining business, you should think forward about two years ahead.
What have you learned about yourself while running your business?
I understood one good point that if the people give you money, it means they trust you. We want to build a whole society around us who believe in our project and who are really passionate about the mining business.
Were you ever influenced by other entrepreneurs?
Yes, one of them is Richard Branson who doesn’t like to speak a lot. I was really impressed with his life and the book in which he wrote. Where he is trying to give you advice on life, what you should and what you shouldn’t do if you want to be a successful entrepreneur. I like his point that if you want to do something you should just go and do it.
What is a day in your life like?
I think it is almost the same as other entrepreneurs. I go to boxing, then I move to the office and I start my working day. We have a meeting with partners, Skype calls and all these boring things which we have in our daily life.
What makes you smile?
My son.
What scares you?
I’m afraid to miss opportunities and then regret it.
What has been your greatest achievement?
Family. I have a wife and a son. For me, they are my main achievement in my life. Sometimes business, money, connections don’t matter if you don’t have a meaning to life. For me, it is my family.
What is your secret talent?
To connect people to one group and make a great project which will bring all of us to new heights.
Which historical figure do you most admire?
For me, it is a Michael Jackson, because he was the king of the show. Nowadays, we don’t have so many talented and dedicated people like Michael Jackson, who had the best shows and the best songs of his time.
Do you have any hobbies?
I’m very interested in a watches. Especially about the history of each manufacturer who produced such piece of art. Did you ever see the watches of Marie-Antoinette?
What are you never without?
Cell phone. Nowadays, I can leave my jacket at home or anything else, but if I forgot the phone it is like you have lost everything in your life.
Can you tell us one of your favorite quotes?
First, they do not notice you, then they laugh at you, then they fight with you. And then you win.
What have you sacrificed for success?
My time.
What advice would you give to anyone starting a new business?
It is all about connections with the right people in this world. Try to find the right people who will share your passion with you, and who can help you achieve your goals in the right way.
