Bennett has become a renowned and much sought after leader and appears as a guest speaker in numerous house and condo marketing expositions. Throughout her illustrious career, Bennett has constantly studied and researched housing developments, urban renewal projects, product innovations and improvements, marketing trends, generational and demographic differences and comparisons across Canada as well as in foreign markets to keep abreast of technological and cyber advances in the industry.
Throughout her career, Bennett attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Economics from Carleton University in Ottawa and still continued to expand her knowledge in as many aspects of the housing industry and current and up-coming marketing trends and consumer tendencies and preferences as she can.
Bennett has attained the designation as “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” and is an esteemed member of “Expert Network” and of “The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing”.
In recognition of her professional accolades within the field, Marnie has earned a number of honors and awards, such as being accepted as a member of: the “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate”; the “Million Dollar Guild”; and has been recognized as “Business Woman of the Year” (2008) by the Ottawa Women’s Business Network; has received the “Exceptional Customer Service and Marketplace Trust Award” from the Ottawa Better Business Bureau (2008); the “Quilly Award” (2017) for co-authoring a best-selling book with Brian Tracy, and “Billionaire’s Club Award” (2017) (for sales in excess of $1 Billion) from the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
Marnie also was honoured by Keller Williams Realty International in 2010 as their “#1 Broker Worldwide”; and kept that title through 2011. Marnie is regularly featured on CTV News and Radio shows and had her own country-wide newspaper column.
In looking to the future, Bennett is already well on her way to expanding her company into the United States and will soon be opening up a real estate marketing and brokerage firm in the Miami area.
