When people think of cutting-edge design and world-class luxury, the city of Dubai often comes to mind.
With its massive skyscrapers and enormous projects, there are few cities in the world that embrace the future quite like Dubai, and for good reason – this kind of design and forward-thinking expression often does not come cheap.
Situated at the intersection of multiple trade routes, Dubai is not only one of the world’s wealthiest cities but also one of the most forward thinking – especially if its architecture is anything to consider. A mixture of avant garde and jetset, Dubai’s tastes continue to set the tenor for much of the Middle East and has positioned the city as a real arbiter of what’s hot right now.
In a major development for luxury real estate developers and connoisseurs of high-end design and luxury, Italian firm Tonino Lamborghini s.p.a. and upscale real estate developer Oriental Pearls announced a partnership that promises to distill the unique branding and essence of Tonino Lamborghini branding across all of its development properties in Dubai.
Tonino Lamborghini specializes in lifestyle projects and luxury design. Oriental Pearls is noted for its luxury apartments in iconic designs. The partnership represents millions in potential revenue and a chance for both brands to expand their portfolio.
Established by a member of the founding family of the eponymous super car company in 1981, Tonino Lamborghini, the namesake for the design firm, wanted to stay true to the heritage established by the automobile company while imbuing its iconic design principles across a range of products with “distinctive Italian style and taste.”
CEO of Oriental Pearls Ma Gulong said of the partnership: “It gives us great pleasure to be able to partner with Tonino Lamborghini for our upcoming projects in Dubai, beginning with Royal Pearls. Oriental Pearls specializes in developing iconic, upscale living spaces and themed communities designed for the modern and discerning urbanite. Joining hands with Tonino Lamborghini enables us to offer our customers the ultimate bespoke living spaces, customized and fitted to designer premium standards that haven’t been seen yet in Dubai.”
For his part, Tonino Lamborghini remarked, “After four 5-star hotels and the recent launch of a luxury Tonino Lamborghini Real Estate project in China, I am delighted to start a new partnership in this highly developing sector in Dubai with the Oriental Pearls developer. The partnership will begin with a new development in Dubai’s nascent Meydan One district. A planned community, Royal Pearls promises residents an unrivaled level of luxury and amenities, all of which will bear the trademark Tonino Lamborghini spirit.
Royal Pearls will be a 4.6 million square foot development in Dubai with over 7,500 apartments available upon completion. Apartments will feature every imaginable technological amenity as well as fully manicured lawns.
