Featuring Christopher Clover

Christopher Clover began his career with Panorama International Ltd., the parent company of Panorama, in Washington, D.C., in 1971 at the behest of his father. Prior to this, he had spent two years teaching French at a private school in Bethesda, Maryland. In early 1973, Chris, along with his first wife Kirsten, relocated to Marbella to manage the office there, which had been set up three years earlier. When the parent company dissolved in 1975, they chose to remain in Marbella because they loved the area and had already established a strong foundation for their future business endeavors.

Chris holds accreditation as a Real Estate Consultant. He graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, USA, majoring in Economics, Commerce, and French. His studies included spending his third year at the University of Lyons in France.

Christopher Clover comes from a family with a rich history in real estate. His father, Bill Clover, worked as a broker for over four decades in Charlottesville, Virginia. His grandfather, Burtt B. Clover, launched his first real estate agency in Chicago in 1904 and was among the pioneers in developing golf courses in the United States. At the start of the 21st century, Christopher’s children, Katinka and Alex, joined the family business at Panorama.

Chris is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He boasts over 50 years of professional experience in the sale and management of Spanish properties, as well as in international real estate consulting. His international work has taken him to countries such as England, France, Japan, Morocco, and the United States, where he first obtained his real estate license in 1968…
