Clarissa Burt is an Actress with many awards. An international media personality, producer, director, writer, author, public speaker and super model; with hundreds of credits to her name including television and film. This amazing woman brings over 30 years of entertainment industry in the American market as well as the international.
When Clarissa was 18 years old, she signed with a modeling agency called Wilhelmina Modeling Agency from Manhattan. Afterwards she moved to Milan and started her career by appearing on the cover of over a hundred magazines including the most popular and famous magazines in the media such as Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, and Cosmopolitan. She became to be known as one of the top 30 runway girls in the world during the 80’s. She has participated in the most important fashion exhibitions by running the greatest catwalks in Milan, Paris, New York, Rome, and Japan. Soon after that, she was contacted by incredibly important cosmetic companies like Revlon, Dior and Carita’; Helena Rubenstein. She has also pent ten years being “The Face” of Orlane cosmetics.
Ms. Burt has also participated in more than 20 movies and a lot of people remember her fur featuring in award-winning films such as “The Never Ending Story, part II” from Warner Brothers. In this movie she played the character of The Mean Queen “Xayide” and also as Giulia in the film “Caruso Pascosky di Padre Polacco” which was an Italian production. By appearing in more than a hundred TV shows, she became a widely known personality in Italy.
Clarissa became a TV producer in 1999 when she found Clarissa Burt Media Group in Italy. Her first productions included the Miss Universe Pageant that was a nationally broadcast show of three hours; the World Sports Award, “Behind the Scene with the Miss” and “Quizzauto”, productions that helped her win many international media awards.
Regarding her radio production career, Clarissa has a Radio show called “Clarissa Burt Talks” that featured the multi-talented international celebrity on Voice America as well as World Talk Radio. There, she interviewed an amazing number of well-known entrepreneurs as well as prominent though leaders.
Being an expert and leading authority in image, beauty and self-esteem, she was called by the show “Good Morning Italy” where she hosted a very popular segment called “Clarissa Suggests”. She successfully launched her two brands: Clarissa Burt Hair Extensions and Accessories; and Clarissa Burt Beauty on Home Shopping Network Italy.
In “The LA Fashion Magazine”, Clarissa participated as Beauty Editor as well as for “Fashion Faces” and “Runway”. There are also some articles made her in The Huffington Post, Bella Petite, Supermodels Unlimited and Discover Phoenix among many many others.
She also has co-authored a best-selling book called “The Rise, Off The Coast Of Zanzibar” and another book called “ Stickability” besides being featured in many other books as a role model.
Clarissa Burt launched TEN the Envelopment Network Media for Women – EvelopHer.com at the end of 2016. And she is currently managing her recently released personal brand on QVC.
