Bankwell and Bankwell Financial Group President and CEO Christopher R. Gruseke has confirmed the appointment of Courtney E. Sacchetti to the position of Executive Vice President, Cfo, beginning January 1, 2023. Ms. Sacchetti will now be a part of Bankwell’s Executive Group and answer to Mr. Gruseke.
Over the last 6 years, Ms. Sacchetti has led the Corporation’s economic strategy and research as its Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. She started her work at GE Capital’s Financial Management Program (FMP) then rose through the ranks of the firm’s finances and compliance departments over the course of 18 productive years.
Mr. Gruseke said, “Courtney has proved her capacity to thrive, and she’s going to guarantee a swift and streamlined transfer into the job of CFO. It’s a pleasure to have Courtney join our executive team. I look forward to the challenges that come with my new position.
