Catterlin & Arnold Law Firm. Ben Catterlin and Makenzie Arnold, Co-founders

Makenzie Arnold, a native of Searcy County, Arkansas, was raised along the Buffalo River before relocating to Fayetteville. Her scholarly journey led her to graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She continued her pursuit of legal expertise by obtaining a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Upon passing the Arkansas Bar, Makenzie began her legal profession as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of Arkansas in Harrison, where her focus primarily centered on Family Law.

During her tenure in Harrison, Makenzie ardently served the legal needs of seven counties for two years. In February 2017, she transitioned to the Springdale Legal Aid office, expanding her scope to cover Washington, Madison, and Benton counties. Her practice also involved defending debtors from debt collection and representing individuals in social security disability appeals.

Following three years of dedicated service at Legal Aid, Makenzie joined forces with Ben Catterlin to pursue zealous representation. She is driven by the belief that a client’s success hinges on her commitment as an attorney to solving their problems. Makenzie strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients, leveraging her extensive experience and dedication.
