As Founder and CEO of EHPlabs, Izhar Basha is on a mission to empower and inspire his community to become the best versions of themselves through his personal and company values of purpose, transparency, excellence and family.
Izhar created EHPlabs inaugural product known as OxyShred – a powdered pre-workout product that naturally boosted metabolism, clean energy, focus, immunity and well-being – in 2013, launching the brand. Since, EHPlabs quickly gained momentum, growing at a pace of 150% year on year with OxyShred holding the spot as its #1 product line.
To this day, EHPlabs is 100% owned by Izhar, who now employs 130 people globally, and growing by the day, with operations across the U.S., Australia, Canada and UK.
Izhar completed a 5-year, double-degree program at the University of Sydney in Australia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce. He then went on to be a Senior Associate at Australian law firm, Clayton Utz, where Izhar worked across private equity, real estate investment trusts and mergers and acquisitions law.
