The SEMANTiCS 2018 Conference will take place in Vienna, Austria from September 10th to September 13th. This year’s conference will be held at the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront hotel along with Vienna’s Technical University. The 2018 event will discuss the newest developments and potential of semantic technologies. As always, it will give attendees the chance to learn, reflect and network with other professionals in the field.

SEMANTiCS 2018 will be hosted by the Semantic Web Company in conjunction with the Technische Universität Wien, University of Leipzig, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Fachhochschule St. Pölten. The conference is a gathering point for numerous lectures, workshops and discussion panels that highlight the semantic technologies-based applications already implemented or that will be put to use in the near future. It can be an eye-opening experience for those who attend and a great way to meet others in similar fields.

The conference’s workshops will give attendees the opportunities to learn and grow their knowledge of emerging technologies and advances in the field. Workshops will introduce projects that show how management and actually whole enterprises can profit by semantically structured data. The workshops will range from full-day events to half-day experiences. Some of the workshop topics will include Fast Track to Knowledge Engineering, Leveraging Tubular Data to Linked Data and more.
